CAMERA  IPHONE 5S  APP SNAPSEED

This derelict farm was a stubborn photography subject. I needed three attempts to get a decent shot. High winds kept me from shooting when I arrived early afternoon. I returned at dusk but missed the good light. But the scene was breathtaking. A bright, full moon rose over the Palouse wheatlands in eastern Washington. The horizon turned soft pink. No wind. I put my gear down and watched in awe. I returned the next day and roamed the grounds. I peeked in the window of an outbuilding and spotted this old washing machine. Several buildings had collapsed and the barn was wobbly. My iPhone actually outperformed my film gear at this location.
